Global Recreation Company

The boutique format
as a major advantage

Up to fifteen units

Format and scale are chosen for manageability.

01

The mix of the property shifts within a season: what isn't working is swapped out without rebuilding.

02

The property can be repurposed or sold whole — which sets it apart from a set of individual apartments with different owners.

03

A clear, costed team for a boutique hotel: hired and trained locally, in the property's own country.

04

Management that doesn't change with the country: the same set of processes, wherever the property is.

GRC's architecture work

We show our track record through the work itself — year, location, and scope for every project.

Construction

Five stages, from the site to the first guests.

  1. Site

Terrain survey, geology, wind patterns, sun exposure.

  2. Master plan

Buildings follow existing elevations — terracing instead of leveling.

  3. Working drawings

Specialist sections go to outside studios: landscape, restaurant, spa.

  4. Construction

    Sixteen months from signing.

  5. Complex launch

The thermal complex and kitchen go live before the first guests check in.
