Bringing people together
around the world's rare places

The place existed before us, and it'll outlast us

The property is built into the terrain and climate — its mix shaped by the character of the site.

Architecture follows the place, not the other way around. It's a constraint we chose for ourselves — slower and more expensive, but it gives you something the lot next door can't repeat.

What we mean by rare places

Volcanoes, ocean, mountains, jungle, history. The location is as much the product as the building.

The hotel format travels anywhere; the view stays one of a kind. That's what holds the asset's value.

There's no arguing with nature

The property adapts to the landscape, not the other way around.

The master plan follows the terrain — buildings sit at different elevations, the site is terraced instead of leveled.

The guest's path is worked out before construction starts — how they move from villa to restaurant, where they meet the water, where they see the volcano.

What we mean by bringing together

Own together

A stake in the property's company, not square meters.

Decide together

The property's mix changes by partner decision.

Visit together

The right to stay is written into the contract.

Move forward together

Whoever joins first sees the next project first.

How we treat people

01

Investor

A partner in the business, not a source of capital.

02

Guest

Someone who comes for the place itself.

03

Team

Hired and trained locally, in the property's own country.

04

Contractor

A partner who stays on for the next project.

Who we are

01

Honest

We state numbers as they are, including the uncomfortable ones.

02

Deliberate

We treat other people's money like our own.

03

Genuine

Exactly what we say we are.

How the team works

Ten tenets the team works by.

01

People over metrics

02

Trust and big goals

03

Mistakes as part of growth

04

Agreements over emotions

05

Learning over being right

What we say ourselves

We say the uncomfortable part first, so it doesn't surface later in a meeting.

Title covers the whole property

Your stake claims a share of every company asset, not one specific villa.

A two-year lock-up

From the date of signing.

Right of first refusal slows an exit

Partner first, then investors in the order they joined.

Five days a year to stay

Per 10% stake; unused days don't carry over.

Nord Nest is our first project raising outside capital

Before it, we built with our own money and on commission.

The first property hands over in January 2027

Until then, the model is backed by calculation, budget, and market analysis.
